Sat in exam room for an hour, Dr. never showed
I hate writing a negative review, but this was a terrible experience. My disabled husband and I were scheduled for a 7:45am appt with Dr. Loftspring. The front desk and nurse were great, and they brought us to a room for the Dr to see us "shortly." After waiting 45 minutes, I went up front and asked where he was at. They didn't know. After another 15 minutes, we decided to leave and were told he was in a meeting and we'd need to reschedule. The Dr apparently did not let anyone know he was not going to see us, therefore disrespecting our time and entire morning. I never received an apology. It was a beast to get my husband ready so early for this appointment (I have to dress him, feed him, help him to the bathroom, etc), then we drove an half hour to see him. I am so disappointed in this experience and want to warn other patients who may lose hours of their day for a no-show doctor.

Dr. Loftspring is top of the line in his specialty and does an incredible job of breaking down the specifics of any medication, procedure, diagnosis, etc. so that it's easily understood. His sense of compassion and his bedside manner are beyond any that I've received from previous neurologists. He embodies all of the characteristics of a true professional. I feel safe and secure knowing that my neurological health is in his hands. I would highly recommend him to others!

At this point in time I have seen more than 7 doctors. General physicians, neurologist, neurosurgeon, psychologist, psychiatrist, now I'm in with Dr. Loftsping. He sat with me for more than 45 minutes, uninterrupted. His conclusion is that I need more testing. Mind you test I have already taken. But I wen back and got the test done. To my surprise the test came out differently. I'm so tired of not knowing what is wrong with me. It's been more than 15 months andpray he finds it.

Through requent moves with the military I have seen five neurologist, doctor loftspring is by far the most caring, knowledgeable one I've ever met. He makes me feel safe and comfortable, I truly believe he cares about his patients and has their best interest at heart. He listens and does not rush, he explains things clearly and makes great eye contact, I wish I could be his patient for life. His staff is kind, they get back to you quickly and go above and beyond their job also. I love him!
