I had a telemedicine appointment with Dr. Libby for a physical. I've tried to reach him now for 3 months later to have his office complete this paperwork as we are pursuing an adoption but sadly, his office has no phone and no way to reach his office. In this day & age, I think doctors offices should have a phone for patients to call--he does NOT.

He is very knowledgeable, really listens, and cares very much about his patients. He's gone out of his way to help me many times. I can't say the last time I've seen a doctor that truly cares about making their patients feel better as a whole and appreciates what you have to say about your own treatment.

His nurse is atrocious , threatening, and a bully. My wife works with people for a living and I'm fully disabled with high stress and anxiety and ptsd with chronic asthma so my wife speaks for me as my power of attorney when I can't, being fully disabled ,his nurse Jane yelled and hung up on my wife?.. its anxiety just to get in the phone with them and communication is very difficult . I believe if she represents dr Libby than I don't want to meet him if that's who represents him.very mean nurse

Thoughtful, listens unusually well, thinks analytically, treats collaboratively, strong fund of knowledge and quick to look up info when necessary. Understated and considerate. I left feeling that I was in good hands.
