Dr Kulke (now at BMC) is an outstanding doctor from both his personal side as well as his professional expertise. He has followed me after I had a Whipple now five years ago and has been comforting but not shy of explaining worrisome changes. I have immense appreciation for his honesty and I am grateful for his attention.

He treated my mother for NETS that metastasized throughout her body (original tumor in the Lung). Put her through several different types of chemotherapies, but never even tried or mentioned the standard of care for this type of cancer or PRRT. When a recent MRI showed the the cancer had spread to her spine, his response was to put her on hospice. Very disappointed after 2 years of my mom commuting up to Dana Farber from PA to see him, and he could have cared less about her.
