Kind, calm, thorough and relatable
Dr Kircher and his team have been helping me with eustacian tube dysfunction and otitis media for twelve years. Dr Kircher is very personable, meaning he explains things in ways the average folk can understand. He is nonjudgmental, and makes himself available in a pinch. He is a very talented surgeon and I am so lucky I’ve found him to help me through this “ear-itating” diagnosis.

Dr. Kircher patiently listened. Answered my questions. I felt hopeful after my visit, heard and validated, as a patient. Professional, detailed and friendly; both he and his staff.

I have been having issues with my ear for years and have seen multiple doctors. Dr Kircher is the first one to listen to me and take me seriously. After an outpatient procedure to repair my ear drum and subsequently putting a tube into my ear I can hear for the first time in forever!!!! I cannot thank him enough for his persistence, thoroughness and care.

Dr. Kircher told me his diagnosis the minute he walked through the door, without even talking to me first. He did not take any history and barely did a physical exam. His actions made me feel stupid for showing up for an appointment, although I had good reason to. He was in the room for approximately 3 minutes and left without warning so I was not able to ask any questions. I am very disappointed and would not recommend him to anyone. It was a waste of my money, time, and energy.

Worst appointment of my life. The doctor did not even take a history and barely did an exam for my ear pain. They made up vitals for my chart, and the doctor was incredibly unhelpful and disrespectful. It was truly horrific, please avoid.
