Quality care. Highly trained and has a great bedside manner. He repaired my daughter’s shoulder. When he found that it was more severe than previously thought, he was able to repair a bone fracture as well. Her quality of life has drastically improved.

I tore my Rotator Cuff in June, 2024. I’ve considered reverse shoulder surgery to correct this. Dr Kelly was the second Dr. I saw as I wanted a second opinion of surgery. My age is 76. I found Dr. Kelly to be a caring, very knowledgeable individual. We examined the pros and cons of surgery. He spent time explaining things to me. I was very comfortable in accepting his recommendations as the best approach at this time. I will continue to keep in touch with him for evaluation of my condition.

I had Dr Kelly to replace a shoulder replacement with a prosthetic. He listened, cared, used his great talents to put me back together so I can live my life again. Thanks Dr Kelly!

As usual facility was spotless, waiting time past appointment time was ~20 minutes. Dr. Kelly and his staff are very caring, kind and professional. He answers all my questions respectfully and does not make me feel rushed. Payment and scheduling were no issue yesterday. I drive 1 hour and 20 minutes one way to this practice as I live near State College. The drive stinks however the care my wife and I have received makes it worthwhile.

Dr. Kelley is atypical as his bedside manner is excellent. He takes his time, addresses any concerns, and his assistant Ashley is terrific regarding replying to messages thru the portal. I had a very good result from my surgery as well. Whole heartedly recommend Dr. Kelley and his staff!

Dr. Kelly performed my hip replacement in 2012 and I returned this year to receive help with knee and shoulder pain. He is kind, thorough, and professional. I feel secure in his diagnoses and recommendations for further care.

Another surgeon had already refused to replace shoulder bc not enough bone...Dr Kelly had more testing and said it could be done. Custom prosthesis, skillful surgeon and I have reverse total shldr replacement, pretty much pain-free as he said. He listened, examined thoroughly, explained, and was kind and personable in hospital and office. Waited 3 yrs for relief as I have a lot of medical issues so am VERY GRATEFUL to him for doing what I needed! In a few months he will do the other shldr which is in very bad condition and extremely painful. I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses and he was fine with that, too. And his assistant, Ashley, is great, too - goes over and above and chatted like a good friend. They both answered all my questions/concerns. Definitely do recommend!! As good as it gets!

Dr Kelly has performed 3 surgeries on my knees, including replacing both of them. I would not use anyone else to cut me open for orthopedic surgeries. Great listener and EXCELLENT cutting skills!!! Cannot recommend enough!!!
