Dr. Matthew Joseph, DO

Dr. Joseph is very compassionate, intelligent, and helpful. He took his time and addressed all concerns. He's very friendly. He remembers me and my family without a chart. He's not pushy and genuinely cares.

I would not have had a major health issue had he been pro active with my care. I could not tolerate two types of medicines, but rather than suggest others he just gave up, and knowing the potential outcome, which he had warned me about in the beginning.

I have never met a more arrogant, uncaring doctor in my life. I was asked by a family member to accompany him to an appointment regarding his anxiety. I tried to ask a question and Dr. Joseph was snarky towards me basically telling me to shut up. I do not recommend him. His bedside manner is a joke and he’s in the wrong profession. He doesn’t care about helping people, only belittling them and feeling superior. He lets his personal views heavily influence the care he gives to his patients.

Dr. Joseph is thorough, patient, and easy to talk to. Office staff is pleasant and organized.

Poor care of his patients; I asked him a personal question in regards to my condition, something that was actually somewhat embarrassing and he laughed and gave me a palliative answer to rush to his next patient. His office cannot coordinate care properly and they have told me they sent my prescription over to the the pharmacy; once I arrived to the pharmacy they never received the refill; Later, I'd call the office and they told me he refused to send the refill due to "not having seen me for a while" during a national Pandemic; however, I just had an teleconference with his physician's assistant. Poor coordination of care.

Dr. Joseph is an awesome doctor! My whole entire family has been seen by him and no one else. I highly recommend him because of his professionalism, funny, caring and very knowledgeable.
