Dr. Jankowski treated me in the emergency department of Saint Alexius Medical Center during a very stressful time. He exercised care and compassion by sitting down and explaining what was happening to me and what the plan of action was going to be. 10/10 recommend.

I was admitted to the ER for dehydration and severe diarrhea. The nurse informed me I needed at least 2 bags of fluid and a stool sample to be analyzed. The doctor came in when the 1st bag of fluid was almost empty and told me that since my blood tests were normal he was canceling my 2nd bag of fluid and that the stool sample I left didn't need to be tested. He sent me home in the exact same condition I arrived in.

I would refer him to any friend or family he sat with me and listened to what was going on including what my Dr was doing he helped set a plan and was able to see the amount of pain I was in. He explained all my tests and images also helped with a list of primary Drs and GI dr that would approve my insurance and help to get me seen faster. I’d like to thank him and St. Alexius for always being there when I need them. Only hospital I trust in Chicagoland area.
