Dr. Matthew Jacobson, MD

Just spent 3 hours waiting for a call back, the on call Dr was rude, no sympathy and refused to call in a medication that would help my condition. It's not the first time I've had issues on a non-business day with this office. It's a shame there aren't more Dr's out there with a good practice as they just want you in and out and bill hundreds smh

Dr. Jacobson was my PC for years. When he first started seeing me, I still wasn't able to swallow pills and my previous PC made fun of me for it. Dr. Jacobson showed empathy, explained that other people experience the same issue, and that it's not something to make fun of. He made me feel like he really listened and cared. Every time I went in for an appointment or my physical, he took good care of whatever reason I was there. I always felt comfortable in his care. When I moved out of state, he set the bar for what I was looking for in a new PC.

I waited 1 hr. and 15 mins. in waiting room.

I showed up for an appointment that I made in February only to find out that the front desk had canceled it all based on my refusal to make a special appointment to see my lab work at the end of that conversation the clerk told me to "do what I got to do" apparently that meant she was going to cancel my appointment and make me look like a fool today. Never go to this practice: rude and spiteful.

Excellent. Dr Jacobson is the primary physician of me and my husband. He is extremely intelligent, kind and insight. Highly recommend

Dr. Jacobson himself is great...if you can get past his horrible office staff! I love him, but bc of their ignorance, we're looking for a new doctor!

Dr. Jacobson has been my PCP for probably 6 - 7 years. When I've got issues I need to discuss, he's done an excellent job of taking the time to discuss them with me in a thorough manner. Never a problem with this Doctor. His assistant, currently Lisa, always gets back to me quickly, and has also been a huge help.
