Dr. Matthew Hasford, MD

I’ve been an established patient with Dr Hasford since 2020. I never had a complaint about him until now! On 8-12-24 9:15 am I was called by his office assistant Marie telling me, “Dr Hasford says to go to the ER and not come for my 3pm appointment that same day! I check in at Memorial Miramar, they messaged the office. Several hours later I confirmed with Maria another office assistant that they did in fact receive the message that I had checked in at the hospital. Several hours later still no Dr Hasford! I call the office again and Jacob tells Dr Hasford it’s me on the phone. I hear Dr Hasford in the background telling him what to tell me instead of simply speaking with me! Around 7 pm I left a message crying on the office answering service begging for someone to call me, because the ER was giving me a hard time! To this day, no one has responded to my message! I called on the afternoon of 8-13 and spoke with Marie again. She tried to lie and say the hospital never called them! I sa

Love him he’s the best I’ve been seeing him for some time now.

I just had a critical emergency from a prostate procedure I had done by a different doctor and Dr.Hasford was called to the hospital very late on a Saturday evening to perform an emergency surgery on me that no doubt saved my life. He was very professional, caring, and came to see me in the ICU each day after, including late at night. Thank You Dr Hasford for your skill and your care and for getting me through a very serious moment.

Dr. Matthew Hasford is very caring and has great bedside manners. He took very good care of me & his staff are very nice. I was admitted to the hospital back in November, 2021. I then followed up with Dr. Hasford at his Hollywood office and underwent a procedure just yesterday. He was on time, and even called me the following day to make sure that my pain was under control and if there were any concerns in regards to my treatment. I & my husband are extremely pleased with him and highly recommend. He is very kind, caring and professional. Thank you Dr. Hasford. You truly demonstrate your passion in the Medical field. Dr. Hasford is the best doctor we have ever met. He removed my dad Alfonso Angulo's prostate and bladder stones, and has shown the highest professional expertise and care. Not only Dr. Hasford saved my dad's life, but also he has supported my dad and the whole family so much... with his patience, time, tenderness, positive attitude, prompt response to all questions, etc. Dr. Hasford is the warmest, loving, caring urologist you may ever meet. God bless him always!!!

Doctor was great and understanding, no complaints there. Staff at his office, all were nice, but very disorganized. After waiting 3 weeks for a small surgery procedure, on the day before the surgery staff calls me to tell me that it needs to be rescheduled for another 2-3 weeks because I did not get blood work done. I spoke to his office 3 times a week for 3 weeks and no one mentioned i needed this done. All the planning and requesting time off work now gone and i must go back to the hospital.
