Dr. Doofus
Not thorough on a standard exam. Felt like I had to guide him through the appointment myself. I think I should be his doctor instead.

Dr. Hartnett, Says the right thing but actions?
Me wife was transferred downtown from Methodist West as the specialists she needed only work downtown. With that change I assume we needed a new attending physician versus our original admitting Doctor with the Iowa Clinic which is why Dr. Hartnett was assigned. I appreciate only so much is in the Dr's hands with the silos in the healthcare system, but from our original physicians input my understanding is hour count when dealing with the Immuno, issue we were dealing with, and the lack of urgency from Dr. Hartnett is getting things done and then blaming the "internal systems" was breathtaking. In his video he references his Mom's health history and I'd be appalled if he treated his mother as lackadaisically as he treated my wife.
