I had a wonderful visit with Dr. Griffith. He’s truly professional—courteous, kind, and very caring. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you feel comfortable and informed. I’m grateful to be in such good hands.

Quality of care and the professionalism of the staff

Dr. Griffith performed surgery on me a few years ago, repairing a severely torn right rotator cuff. I have full mobility!I returned today for my left shoulder. After reviewing X-rays we agreed to do an MRI as the next step. Very professional, takes all the time necessary-I have total trust in him.

He explained everything thoroughly, answered our questions and listened to our concerns.

Everything took place promptly, from checkin to initial discussion to patient care. All staff members were very professional and caring.

Dr Griffith has performed 2 surgeries each was successful. I had total shoulder replacement surgery in November of last year.. I can not say enough about the experience of the personnel in the office. I am 70 years old I was in so much pain before the surgery. I started PT at 4 weeks after surgery I completed by my 8 th week. I had very little discomfort after surgery I only used pain medication for 3 days. My shoulder completely healed no pain and have full range of it. I truly believe Dr Griffith and his team are the best. I refer all my friends to him if they are in need of joint replacement!

Dr. Griffith was very warm and welcoming to me during my visit. My friend recommended him to me and I will recommend him to all of my friends going forward.

I saw Dr. Griffith for elbow tendinitis, and I was so impressed by the care I received. He took his time to explain my options, and worked with the front desk to fit me in for the follow up appointment. I had complete trust in him, and recommend him highly!

It is very difficult to get the appointment with real doctors in this facility, in an emergency. Instead of doctors they give an appointment to their Physician Assistants. PAs are not as knowledgeable as the real doctors like Dr. Griffith . PAs don’t explain about the problem and side effects of the medication . I have to take an appointment next day with a real doctor with different providers. It was painful 24 hours. Dr. Griffith is fine but you don’t get his appointment even if you are in acute pain.

Bad follow up from the office after MRI and blood results. The office did not bother to call me for 2 weeks after they received my lab results. Office charged my card over $500 and never even received a bill from the doctor. I had to follow up with my insurance. Terrible office follow up and infrastructure. I called the office on Tuesday 1/14/20 to ask for a statement of what they charged my credit card, because it does not match up with what my insurance explanation of benefits provided. The billing person that I spoke to was THE WORST. She promised to email over a copy of the bills that I was charged since they never bothered to send any out, but here it is several days later and she still has not sent anything over. I kept repeatedly explaining to her that according to my insurance company, I did not owe what they charged me. Her basic response was to call my insurance company even though it is the office who appears to have charged the wrong amount. Great doctor, but th

Best doctor ever!!!!!!!

Dr Griffith is amazing. He is a kind, very caring doctor who I wouldn't hesitate to go to for any orthopedic problem. He has operated on my shoulders and biceps several times and I have always felt in very good hands. One bicep reconstruction involved taking a graft from a wrist tendon to rebuild the torn portion of my muscle. He prides himself not only in doing a professional job of the primary surgery, but he's taken classes in plastic surgery techniques and does his own skin closures.

My son's have seen Dr. Griffith several times for issues with their pitching arms. Appointments are easy to schedule. He is very well informed and amazing with them. Best ortho doc around!

I had rotator cuff surgery with Dr. Griffith. He is friendly, courteous and answered all my questions. I am in my 4th month of therapy and have no pain at all. I highly recommend him for surgery. His PA Stephanie who sees you on follow up appts is the best. Always bringing a smile at the door and makes you feel she really cares. The phy therapy upstairs does a great job at rehab.
