Negative Big Toe Knuckle Implant Results
Matthew Etheridge performed Left big toe joint implant surgery that has caused several long lasting post-op complications. Would not recommend this podiatrist to anyone.

Visited today, Dec 8, 2020, to have minor surgery on both feet. Felt very comfortable before, during & after the surgery. Dr. Etheridge & his nurse assistant, Martha, did an outstanding job. They both have excellent “bedside manners” & were concerned about my comfort. I have always had great service from Dr. Etheridge & his staff & very highly recommended him.

I took my elderly father during Covid to see him for arterial ulcer with the intent to get him well enough to move back into the facility my mother is in. Next thing you know, a wound with eschar turned into a weekly trip of cutting and daily bandage changes. Additionally, we've had 2 appt's cancelled at last minute by them, and we needed to be seen. I had called 2 days prior to appt to leave a message for an answer we needed quickly and they said we could handle it when we came in for the appt. Then they called the next day and cancelled, couldn't answer my question and didn't have a partner that could help. Not impressed with the customer service at all, and questioning invasive cutting on elderly pt when there are clearly other wound care options. Now trying to find someone to fix this debacle.

I have been going to Dr Etheridge since September 2015. He has always treated me in a very positive professional manner. His staff is spot on and know their job well. All in all a very comfortable Doctors visit each and every time I go there.

Was the most kind, educational and knowledgeable, Doctor I have meet in a while and I am a R.N and I have met a lot. I ask tons of questions and he answered everyone of them . I never felt rush and actually felt quite comfortable in his office due to his staff. Everyone of them from the lady at the front desk , the nurse and the assistant were all so nice . I will recommend Dr. Etheridge to all my friends and family . I love him , he removed my ingrown nails wit absolutely no pain.

I LOVE THE DOCTOR AND THE GIRLS IN THE BACK. HOWEVER, THERESA AND PAULA WORK THE FRONT AND ARE VERY RUDE AND HATEFUL. HAD ME PAY $200 MORE THAN WHAT MY INSURANCE TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY. I WOULD ONLY SEE DR ETHERIDGE AGAIN IF THOSE TWO WERE GONE

Dr. Etheridge and every one of his staff that I have dealt with have been extremely professional and courteous. This last visit, I was still in a lot of foot pain after the initial treatment and Dr. Etheridge treated me again, but at a different point to ease the pain. I am already getting some relief (same day). I highly recommend him and his staff from the front desk to his RN, Martha, who is just great. Good folks!

I thought the doctor was great and so were Martha, Paula, and Lisa. However, I will not go back as Theresa was there and she was rude and hateful to other patients. She would embarrass them by saying they owed money and would not be seen. She even cussed an insurance company while I was there and she was awful to that girl Paula that works with her. I asked for late afternoon appts and Theresa says very rudely that they will be moved up that I can not be seen at 4pm.

Told I tore A tendon. Then told it was planter fasciitis. Doesn't prescribe pain meds. Fitted for orthotics. Told two weeks then 4 to 6 weeks. Came in on Tuesday was told had to wait till next Tuesday to pick up. Asked for dr. to call back they said NO. I Will be finding new Podiatrist even if it costs another $500.

was referred to Dr Etheridge from NAVHOSP Pensacola. It was noted I needed ortho inserts for my shoes. After approx 6 weeks I was informed that the inserts had arrived. I was informed by the office clerk and the office manager that the only day I could get them was on Tuesdays only. I stated that my off days were Friday and Saturday. This made no difference and there was NO helping me with my off day to get the inserts. I am retired military and have never had an issue with any referrals given.
