He does not care
My 95yr old Mom was referred to them for back and leg pain. She can't walk at her advanced age anymore.They insisted she pee into a cup but they did not have a bathroom setup for seniors. No raised seat, no bars on both sides of the toilet. I asked if their staff could help her and they refused. I asked to see the Dr, he refused to see me. I said come on let's do this together to get this done and they were SO LAZY they did not care. Out the door was our only option. Plus they refused to refund the copay for the visit.This Dr does not care about the sick or elderly. They don't have an automated door that works, the button would not open the door. Luckily a patient in the waiting room helped hold the door open for me while I wheeled her out of this place.

Professional young doctor w/ pleasant personality
Dr. Drakeley possess a gentle, unhurried demeanor which, combined with his professional experience and credentials, and sharp staff has earned my highest possible recommendation after a year in his care for hip, lower back, and neck pain. The ease of scheduling appointments in the Charleston clinic, his punctuality, and the sincere interest this 'traveling doctor' (Columbia, Charleston & Beaufort) has taken in managing my pain, is impressive.

There is no doctor with a better bedside manner. Dr. Drakeley is so easy to talk to and speaks to the patient and family until they fully understand their diagnosis and prognosis. He is someone I would send any patient to and feel great about my recommendation.
