Had an appointment via video with this practitioner. He was rude, lacked empathy and active listening, and apparently has no genuine regard for patients. This was a prime example of why so many people have so much anxiety about doctors visits. The healthcare system and many of its doctors are failing the public, even those of us that are medical professionals don't receive the care that we should.
