Dr. Matthew Daggett, DO

As far as I'm concerned Dr. Daggers is a top notch doctor and surgeon. I definitely would never see anyone else.

He misdiagnosed me. He seemed so biased against fat people that he could not possibly fathom that there was something wrong with my shoulder besides the fact I was fat. He accused me of changing what I said my symptoms were. I had not and my symptoms were clearly noted in writing on the paperwork I filled out. Got a second opinion and received a diagnosis and referral to physical therapy. You’d think a shoulder surgeon would recognize instability and tendonitis, but I guess that’s easy to overlook when all you see is a fat blob.

Dr Daggett and his entire Staff are without question the Best! Had my right shoulder done by another Surgeon. Have now had my right knee replaced and left shoulder repair by Doc Daggett. My recovery for my changed my life! My recovery for my shoulder is now at week 6 and is way ahead of schedule far better than my other shoulder. Even the PT guys are impressed and speak highly of Doc Daggett. Am forever grateful for the blessings of his professionalism, his skill as a Surgeon, his highly trained and down to earth Staff. Not able to thank them enough and will highly recommend them to everyone I can!!!

Dr. Daggett is a knowledgeable & caring surgeon. My total front reverse shoulder replacement was a complete success . Started PT the next week at Sano, downstairs from his office, & released after three months with full range of motion. Highly recommend.

Dr. Daggett is my 'goto' shoulder doctor. After a severe fall, seven years ago, Dr. Daggett's surgical skills fixed my rotator cuff injuries, and it has been fully functional since then. As soon as I realized I was having similar issues with the left shoulder I know who the first person was, that I needed to call. His staff provides the same level or professionalism and are very very efficient.

Dr. Daggett is very compassionate and caring. He takes time to explain everything and I never felt rushed. His staff is also very friendly and helpful. You are in good hands all the way around.

I have had severe arthritic pain in both knees for over 15 years. I visited Dr Daggett today. The office is bright and welcoming, the x-rays took just minutes, I spent just several minutes waiting in an exam room before Taylor came in and we talked. Then Dr Daggett came in. We discussed my x-rays, my issues, the possible future with my bum knees. He was complimentary of my efforts to do the right thing with the knees. Then he gave me 2 injections, which were not painful and sent me on my way. I know I will be able to work well with him in the future. I cannot say enough good about my experience! Highly recommend!

Matt from the beginning was down to earth and truly listened. He looked at my symptoms and history from a different lens, and most importantly believed me! He gave me several different options to go, and allowed me to be the driver, with no guilt or annoyance. His office staff and everyone were amazingly responsive. He was my second opinion and I’m so glad he was. I felt 100% confident on him operating on me. He got approval for exploratory surgery instead of doing an MRI contrast to just verify what he already thought. He was able to fix everything in one surgery and not having to prolong it! Honestly, I don’t want another hurt extremity, but if I did, I’d go to him time and time again. Oh, and his PA Sarah, she’s AMAZING too.

I have seen Dr. Daggett for over a year now-first for meniscus surgery, now unresolved shoulder pain. He’s kind, takes his time to listen & explain possible solutions. He’s an excellent surgeon, highly recommended by my PT. The entire staff is great.

I have been a patient of Dr Daggett’s for several months now. I have also worked alongside him as a pre-operative and recovery room RN. I have seen him interact with patients and families, as well as the staff around him, that is why I choose to be a patient when I tore my rotator cuff. You can go to any orthopedic physician but you won’t get the great care that Dr Daggett gives every patient AND their families. I would recommend him to anyone!
