Dr. Matthew Casavant, DO

Dr. Casavant is awesome! He always puts me at ease and he always listens. I feel like we come up with a game plan together instead of him just telling me what to do like some other doctors would. He is wonderful!

TERRIBLE UPSETTING EXPIERANCE On 01/19/22 I had an appointment to see Nicole Casavent the PA. I had my consultation with her my biggest concern was about lips. She told me that I would be very happy with the results and that she will only insert a small amount. We also discuss my forehead and the bottom part of my face, below my mouth. She asks me if I wanted to proceed, I said yes. However, I said to her maybe I should just wait to do my lips another day because I'm very nervous about it. She reassures me that I was going to be very happy with the results so I said Ok let's do it. I paid a total cost of $1309.00 and my next follow up visit was made for 3 weeks. I notice while the days and the weeks were going by my lips were NOT even. My upper right lip was lower than my left. I still had wrinkles on my forehead and below my mouth. On 02/09/22 I had my next visit with Nicole, I told her I was not happy with my results of my lips, forehead and below my mouth.

Staff are friendly, polite and helpful during my appt. Some Drs. enters the room and say 'Good Morning" or Good Aftermoon"; whereas Dr. Casavant always acknowledge you by your name and he's always polite. During the appt he reviews your last visit, test and is very thorough when answering any of my questions. I'm always at ease during my appt.

I am very pleased with the over all care that I got from Dr. Cavanahh. He listen to my concerns and answered the questions in a manner that I could understand. I will highly recommend him to my friends and family.

Went in for a monthly check up, in second trimester of second pregnancy. Told him about some concerning pain in my abdomen - Dr. Casavant didn't allow me to finish what I was saying and told me it was a hernia. Not to worry about it unless I end up in the hospital from the pain. He never examined my stomach or looked at me. Not impressed.

I had a hysterectomy with Dr. Casavant in Aug 2010. The procedure was robotics. He was the only obgyn at that time that even offered it! Everything was great! Southlake obgyn has delivered 3 of my grand babies. They r wonderful here! Dr. Matthew Casavant was the Dr for my hysterectomy, it couldn’t have gone better! I love their friendliness, and caring attitude, and prayer before surgery so calming! Kudos to y’all! ????????

I went to see Dr. Casavant about a hormonal imbalance and questions about me ovulating. He asked if I was trying to get pregnant, I told him I am not trying to get pregnant just balance my hormones and be healthy. He said since I am having a monthly period I must be ovulating (must not have heard of anovulatory bleeding I suppose?) and not to worry about it until I am actively trying trying to get pregnant, then come back and we will figure out what's wrong. With my issues with PCOS I don't want to wait until I want to get pregnant to get healthy. Guess he doesn't realize the problems I go through with a hormone imbalance or doesn't care. Either way horrible advice and not very caring about his patient's health. Will not go back to see him.

Very good experience. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Casavant and like him very much as my physician

He's friendly, knowledgeable and very kind. Have scheduled my much needed gyno surgery with him. Feel confident in him.
