Bad bedside manner. Rushing and does not listen.

I had this provider assigned to me through MDLive. I told him my issue and he said it didnt need medication, it was viral and then HUNG UP. He didnt ask me about a SINGLE symptom. It was as if he was scared to help me since my issue wasnt that I had covid. I disputed the charges because the call was less than 60 seconds tops. I hope he find another profession he likes, this one is not his calling.

This man is a joke
Telehealth
Saw him on md live where he didn't seem to care what so ever about what I was telling him. He said he would send prescriptions and never did I had to redo an appointment with md live. Very pretentious man seems like he doesn't know what he's doing either.

If I could leave 0 star I would. I seen him on mdlive and he didn’t listen to what my symptoms were he told me he based on my chief complaint that he wasn’t helping me. In fact that’s all he said to me and then he HUNG UP ON ME. He didn’t tell me goodbye did not wish me well or anything hung up. By far the worst treatment of any medical professional I have ever received. As a medical professional myself I pray that Dr berrios never treats another patient the way he did me. I would not recommend him to anyone for any reason and is a joke
