I have had four video appts w/Dr. Y. I was extremely hopeful in the very first meeting and felt he understood the core of my needs/issues on the first appointment. I felt completely at ease and ready to go forward with whatever was suggested for my health. He also has made exceptions to his normal schedule to help work around my work schedule. Very happy with this doctor.

Dr. Yanagida is professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. I've been seeing him for upwards of five years now. He's answered all my questions and helped me with balancing my medication. He's gone above and beyond by giving me his personal phone number and even skipping his lunch break to see me when I was in acute distress. Highly recommend.

Genuinely caring and extremely knowledgeable. Dr Yanagita always is available for his patients and is willing to work with his patients to develop a plan of care that involves medicinal changes if required and conversational therapy as well. I consider him the most important provider in my care team.

Dr. Y is one of the most amazing psychiatric professionals that I have ever encountered. He is not just a shrink. He is amazing at talk therapy as well as clinical psychiatry, and he takes a vested interest in his clients' well-being and recovery. He has been invaluable in my personal recovery, and I appreciate the respect and dignity that he affords his clients.
