I am a mother of a 30 yr old child for over a year this Doctor has done or placed a nephrostome for her kidney stones witch I believe there are easier way to remove them. She has visit this Doctor multiple times through out the year. Couple months back I went with her to get some answers and see if he can remove the bag. The man seems to not care and doesn't like answering questions to solve any cases. We were in Phoenix August 13 for a follow up and set a date for the surgery. when she arrived that day a nurse assistant talk and listen but when it came to Dr. Hayyeri told them the insurance wasn't excepted in there office . So we left the next day we went to find out why he is not accepting the insurance, but medical insurance told us he does accept her insurance. It was frustrating he had us run around for nothing everything he asked were done so patiently we waited for monday August 19 2024 early morning to show up at his office and he had turned my daughter down to he was not her .

Not Good
Dr Hayyeri will just ask you to keep coming back and doesn’t fix the problem. He placed a stent and did shock wave therapy and still didn’t have success removing my stone. There billing office is only open Mon, Wed, Fri. I called to make a payment and the staff didn’t even know they couldn’t take a payment. Worst doctor I have ever scene.

Top 2 worst experiences I've ever had with a Dr
[If anyone reads this, please at least read the 2nd paragraph.] I've had 2 ultrasounds on the problem area. Dr. Hayyeri recommended that he conduct a 3rd ultrasound, which I was not against. However, in advocating for my health and finances, I asked questions on if he had seen, or would view the previous ultrasounds. He said no with a tone of frustration and insufficient explanation, and refused to look at previous imaging. At one point, saying he's 'not a radiologist.' Then, without hesitation (and his hand on the door), said he's been doing this 27 years an HE would be doing the ultrasound and reading the imaging...but your not a radiologist and can't interpret other imaging??? I felt like I was being 'sold' additional testing. And when I asked 'where are you going?' he replied, 'your 15 minutes is up. I have another patient.'Needless to say, I felt like a slot machine that wasn't paying out, so he moved to the next slot machin

Office staff are rude and terrible at offering any information. Dr. Hayyeri is nice in person but didn't even bother to visit me after procedure to confirm what was done. I had been told I would have a catheter in for up to three days. Called to find out when I was supposed to come in and have it removed. Due to a busy schedule they wanted me to keep it in for NINE days.

I visited the doctor regarding the pain on my lower abdominal. Michael Hayyeri did not even physically do a diagnosis on me. He verbally diagnosed me and said I need to be put on depression pills to forgive about my pain! That’s so dangerous for this doctor to prescribing me depression medicine without physically diagnosing me! Be careful all

Had an appointment scheduled for March 9, 2018. It had been scheduled since September (6 month checkup). When we got to his office on Bell Road, the office had been closed. No phone calls, no letters..just gone. This is very unprofessional. Had been a patient for 5 years. No more! The office staff said that a message had been left..but where I don't know. I didn't get it.

Dr. Hayyeri has very poor listening skills and does not like to answer question. When I told him I wanted a second opinion he stated, "Don't take your frustrations out on me." I felt this was very unprofessional concerning my concerns on being on antibiotics for a 100 days and new complications had appeared.

I had an appointment several months ago for the first time. Basically I went in and he asked me several questions related to my concern. Next he gets up and hands me several drug samples to try and come back in 2 weeks. If I was given a prescription it would have cost me $100.00 or $300.00 a month depending on the insurance used. Cannot believe he didn't actually schedule FIRST any test or other procedure in case I really needed the meds. I actually found some natural products that helped me.
