As I was a new patient, Dr. Hicks thoroughly reviewed my health records and listened intently to my concerns. She addressed all of my current issues and thoroughly discussed each of them, asking further questions to clarify what was contained in my records. Her comments/explanations were clear and understandable to me. I feel that I am in good hands in terms of my future care from her.

This was my first visit, and from the moment I entered the office all personnel were welcoming yet efficient, handling my paperwork and pre-appointment needs with good eye contact and a smile. The care Dr hicks took to listen, consider, and respond to the concerns that brought me to her office inspire confidence. Like others before me, I am grateful.
