She treated me like an inconvenience not a patient! Incredibly rude and didn’t even do an assessment for my symptoms. What a waste of my time and money. It’s hard to believe Cleveland Clinic would have her on staff.

Unbelievable!! She didn't answer any of my questions and concerns..I was rushed in and out the door. Also rude personality, She did absolutely nothing and got paid for it

Purisima is a joke of a doctor and complete bozo. She didn't ask any questions and then told me to take a lab test. Right after the results were posted toMyChart, she recommends I see another doctor instead of working to address the issue herself. Lazy and inept. STAY AWAY!

I felt rushed and I felt like my concerns were not being addressed. I will definitely be looking for a more compassionate provider.

I usually look at reviews before accepting a doctor because I have been desperate to finally get a PCP doctor and now with ongoing issues of sleep issues and PTSD, this doctor did not give two craps about any of my issues. She is very quick and condescending. It's sad considering I have been to Cleveland Clinic chronic pain program and had to come back here for care only to be with a condescending dismissive and extremely poor example of a doctor. She really needs to take off the white coat.

I would not recommend this doctor. She is rude and quick to get you in and out. She is not interested in thoroughly listening to her patient's concerns. It is no wonder her online reviews are horrible. I am sad to have wasted a copay on this poor excuse of a doctor. Office desk staff was polite, but office itself was dirty.

Absolutely horrible doctor. First - not even caring to close the door during the visit. Second - no attention to the person ABSOLUTELY. Just - so what test you want me to order. And - blood test will now show if anything is wrong. Or - I can give you antibiotics if YOU WANT. Seriously? Would I go to a doctor if I knew what I need? Such person should not have ANY license to be a doctor! what a shame to any hospital to have such doctor

I would not recommend this doctor to family or friends.

I went to see Dr. Purisma for chest pains. When she was listening to my chest, I told her that I was getting dizzy while inhaling and exhaling deeply, and was told that it was "normal". I also requested blood work as I have never had it done, but was dismissed because I am "young and healthy". I haven't been to the Dr. in 10 years, and explained that I only go if something is wrong, but she dismissed my concerns. I would not recommend and will not be going back.

Avoid going to this doctor. She is by far the worst doctor I have ever seen. She is careless!

Dr. Mary Grace Purisima was rude and could care less about me & my concerns. She offered no advice and was very dismissive. I would NEVER recommend her. I wish I would have looked at her reviews before allowing them to set an appointment. She is terrible!

This doctor showed up 45 minutes late to her first appointment of the day. She walked in and did not even introduce herself even though I was trying to establish primary care with her. I was thoroughly unimpressed with her professionalism and ability to be compassionate.

I would not recommend Dr. purisma. I came to her for a sore throat I have had for a long time, bc I did not have insurance so when my insurance became active I came in, she barely glanced at my throat and referred me to an ear nose and throat specialist bc it has been ongoing. She did not do any tests and that was it. I had to pay her to tell me to go see somebody else!!This is so so shameful and I honestly do not understand how Drs like this can keep their job!! I will never return to her!!!
