To say that she has no bedside manner is an understatement. Dr. Vaughn didn't even bother to read the history in my chart before meeting with me. I was unable to see the NP I normally see, as she had a family emergency. Dr. Vaughn didn't care about me, made me cry in the visit. Basically stated that because I'm over 40, I'm a lost cause. I have NEVER been treated this way at the doctor's office in my life! I would never recommend her to anyone. I would like to get my co-pay back. I should not have had to pay her to let her speak to me the way she did. VERY unprofessional.

Upon speaking with the physician about ongoing medical issues, Dr. Vaughn was rude and demeaning. At the point she was made aware that her remarks were insensitive to a member of a minority population, she was dismissive and callous. She made several excuses about how the questions were ”over her pay grade.” When she was informed that I wanted to speak to the practice manager about her demeaning and discriminatory remarks, she stated, ”I own the practice. The practice manager works for me!” I have never met a less caring physician. Avoid Dr. Vaughn at all costs.

I love Dr. Vaughn, the NP and the lab technicians (I’m a hard stick). Dr. Vaughn had the knowledge to run test that diagnosed my condition and referred me to the appropriate specialist to treat me. This ended my five year search of knowing something was wrong. I have recommended several family members and they are all happy.

NP's are good, but they are not doctors, an I never expected them to be. Dr Vaughn is another matter. I have nerve damage in my face and went in one day, before I was referred to a neurologist, and she basically told me that I was over reacting., and the pain was "in my head". Needless to say I have never requested to see her again. She is rude, self centered, and non-caring. She is undoubtedly the worse doctor I have ever had. Her practice would not last a year in a large city.

I really liked Dr. Vaugh and other doctors in her office. She and the other dr. in her office spent time with me and talked to me about my health issues. Other doctors just seem to want to get you in and out of their office as soon as possible. I liked how all of the testing could be done in her office, e.g. ultrasounds, blood working. Very pleased with service.

Dr. Vaughn is very pleasant and knowledgeable and most of her staff is also. The lab lady is not friendly and keeps you waiting while she's on her cell phone.

Please be careful before seeing this doctor. She put you on medicines without asking you any questions about your health. They seem in it for the money only.

DO NOT GO HERE! Does not care about patients, only money. Missed diagnosis. No instructions on using diabetic test equipment for newly diagnosed. Herd you like cattle and only to collect money.

This was a very good doctor 5 or 6 years ago. She is too overloaded with patients and if you are a new patient, you will see one of her Nurse Practitioners. My husband went to her & was taken off his oral diabetes medications and started on insulin. He had never used it & nobody went over the use of it or the syringes he would need. It was a nightmare getting someone from thst office to call us back. If you want a doctor that will know you & your health problems personally, don't go there
