Dr. Mary Sealey, MD

Awful! I scheduled a video apt., however, the doctor reached out to me and ask to see me as soon as possible due to seriousness of my health concerns. The apt. was scheduled on the following day at 10:00 AM. On the next day, I arrived at the doctor office but was 14 minutes late. The receptionist, who was extremely rude and unpleasant, said that I missed my apt. by being 15 minutes and will need to reschedule sometime next week. I asked for speak with a doctor or his nurse, but my request was declined. I explained to the receptionist that I have major health issues and since the doctor requested to see me in person and now the apt. is cancelled I would like to file a complaint, the receptionist said that there is no such process. After I'd left the doctor office, I called and left several messages with Dr. Sealy’s nurse, however no one called me back. If you would like to see a doctor who doesn't care about your wellbeing and your health - Mary Sally is a great choice.

I came into the offcie for a chronic, recurrent headache and was told to try a neck stretch. When I explained that I had been doing stretches already (among other remedies) and it wasn't helping she got defensive and said that Advil, stretching, and relaxation techniques were what was in her repertoire for tension headaches. And that, furthermore, I should get off as many of my medications as possible and absolutely not fast for my religious holiday, saying that she could write me a note.
