Dr. Mary Scott, MD

I recommend Dr. Scott to everyone I talk to in her area. I moved away so sadly I am no longer under her care but she is the best doctor I have ever had. She cares. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr Mary Scott for 25 yrs, she is the most caring, compassionate, sweet and knowledgeable doctor. She takes her time and doesn't rush you, listens to all you have to say. She brings you into her office to discuss why you are there, then your exam, then you go over any test results, review of medications and whatever else needs to be discussed, then you have a chat and some laughs. That is why she can get behind schedule sometimes. Dr Scott is so caring about her patients, she actually called me on the weekend to find out how I was doing during a recent illness, (this is not the first time she has done this)...Dr Scott cares abt her patients. I hope Dr Scott will be my physician for a long time. Love my Dr Scott. All the staff in the office make you feel like family.

Dr Scott discovered and helped a friend through a life-threatening condition before I began seeing her many years ago. Not only is she thorough and candid, I saw her colleague, Dr W after 5 days in SSH and within mins of reviewing my discharge paperwork, he saw what had been overlooked/dismissed by SSH. The entire staff is second to none. Dr. Scott recognizes subtle cues in her subjective interview before zoning in objectively upon exam. Don’t waste her time if you’re looking for an excuse note or rx. Request an appointment if you’re serious about your health.

She is the best doctor I have visited so far, so funny and cheerful. She suggests what’s best for you, she understands you and gives you ample time, she never never rushes you out.. She is the one with whom you can just go on talking and talking.. A great caregiver and definitely a great doctor..

I love my Dr. Scott ...she is an amazing physician i am a terrible patient but she puts up with me ...i love to go into her office to chat away first and come up with solutions to my health or my everyday life she is very compassionate and caring i would not go to anyone else and i drive in from fall river ma! p.s. and she has a koi pond in her office!!!!!! and they staff is #1 when you walk in and it feels like an extended family!!!

Only Dr I ever had that takes you in her office and talks to you before doing any exam. She is so knowledgeable, nice and honest. It feels great to have a primary care Dr that I truly trust.

Dr Mary Scott is the best in primary care. she is always available when you need her. She is very down to earth and honest with you in a caring way. I can talk to her about anything and she will always give you her ear to listen and understand. Her staff is very accommodating and care to know who you are.
