I just received a letter stating that Dr. Roy was no longer with Baystate and my appointment has been cancelled. No explanation. Where did she go? I'll follow her anywhere. She's the most compassionate, caring and intelligent Doctor I've ever had. I'll be heartbroken if she's not practicing anymore. I looked forward to my visits with her. We need more doctors like her in this world.

Dr. Roy is the best Dr. I have ever been referred to. She takes her time with the patient, she explains everything and answers all questions thoroughly. It is going to Be next to impossible to find another endocrinologist to replace her when. She leaves Baystate Practice at the end of May.

Wonderful!!! I feel so lucky to have been referred to her roughly ten years ago. First, she has such a pleasant, welcoming nature and secondly I feel her knowledge, care and concern are unparalleled. I only see her yearly as my condition is under control but feel I can call her at any point if the need arises and I always feel a general sense of comfort after checking in with her yearly.

Dr. Roy is one of the most kind, compassionate and caring providers I have ever had. In addition, her expertise in dealing with my health issues is expert and I trust her implicitly. Not only has she spent a great deal of time ensuring I was on the correct medication, she followed-up to see how I was doing. I didn't like her office staff in her previous office and they are marginally better now but Dr. Roy more than makes up for it. She is phenomenal.

Dr. Mary P. Roy was recommended to me for her medical expertise in the area of osteoporosis. After 2 visits, seeing only her PA, I was informed that the PA was leaving. I had a question about my treatment and asked to speak with Dr. Roy. She wouldn't speak to me until I made another appointment, 18 months later. I wrote her, asking for a quick phone call and her office called me, repeating her policy. My referring Dr. and PCP no longer recommend due to her lack of patient concern.

She is the most caring, thorough and concerned doctor that I have ever been to. She spends at least 30 minutes with me during my appointments asking me many questions. She explains everything i.e. bone loss, medication and treatment. She's excellent!
