Dr Mary carries peace, trust and expertise, one feels calm in her care. She replaced my left knee in 2021. Great, perfect result! Last week she replaced my left hip and it already feels wonderful. I'd recommend her any day!!

My Edit From 11/02/2021 Terrible Experience ! Mary Ragsdale ( I hesitate using Dr in front of Her name )10/2018 she performed a spacer hip revision surgery . From the moment I woke up from a 9 hour surgery I knew something was wrong. I stayed in the hospital for 8 days complaining of severe pain. After two months and 4 to 5 visits to Her office she finally took a xray that showed I had been walking around with a dislocated hip two inches out of place . She showed no concern compasion and certianly took no responsibliity. Her answer was to bring me back in the OR to try and manually manipulate my hip back in place ? Unfortunately I agreed to her suggestion with zero results that caused me weeks of severe pain . I found an amazing surgeon who took me on as a patient and after two more surgies to correct Ragsdale's mistake Im still infirmed to this Day .Please do not let this incompetent person touch you !

Don't go to her. She could care less after her cut is paid out of insurance money then she dumps her patients to fend for themselves. The insurance company even filed a complaint on her deriluct of duty. We filed with CA med board and speciality board against her CARING license. She deliberately ignored every call for 5 MONTHS for help with an essential prosticiate so her patient could even walk. Including ignoring the INS co trying to help us leaving all 3 of them on hold over 2 hrs each, never comes back to line watching the phone just continue to blow no while they just sat and watched then at 4:45 transferred all them and us to their ANSWERING SERVICE and of course never returning one of 30 calls. Now he's looking at knee surgery because one leg is ALOT longer than the other. Don't go to Mary Ragsdale for ANY ORTHOPEDIC CARE ESPECIALLY SURGERY. Or do and see. It's not an isolate innocent. Caring IS NOT HER SPECIALITY we promise the next victims.
