She always acted like it was the first time I was in to see her and I had seen her for years. She was in and out always rushed and never acted concerned. I was very sick and had to ask for cough syrup and she acted like I was asking for schedule 1 drugs. With severe bronchitis and asthma she gave me a 3 or 4 day supply which was not enough. As you voice your concern she is busy typing, no response whatsoever. Very very dismissive!

What's all this negative fuss about? I see Dr Porvaznik for her medical skills and have no interest her people skill. She listened, answered questions, gave medical advise, and set up a medical plan. What more is there to do?

Basically all the other bad reviews hit the nail on the head. Sometimes you gotta wonder why people like this get into medicine, especially primary care, as its success is dependent on a strong relationship with to your patients.

Extraordinary dismissive. I apparently was imposing upon her because I asked for bloodwork. Her comments overheard while talking to her nurse outside my door were rude and dismissive. I will find someone who cares for their patients! Do not recommend at all!

Extremely poor listening skills. It does feel like she views patients as an imposition. In addition, there are Continual problems with office staff who do not answer phones, don’t know the answers to questions, and have poor follow-through. Avoid this office and this doctor.

Just want a good doctor – Jun 12, 2021

Started off good but in subsequent appointments she rushed the appointment and became dismissive. Originally was going to cover the Sedona office but all of the sudden decided to stay in Flagstaff only. Left many high and dry.

Terrible experience with this doctor. She spent the entire appointment time criticizing my last doctor and her record keeping. Nothing constructive came from this appointment.

Wonderful office staff. Terrible doctor. I spent a good amount of time going over my symptoms with the NP student, he was also wonderful. Doc came in and within 1 minute, dismissed all of my symptoms and concerns. I was open to what she wanted to blood test for, as long as she tested what I suspected. She didn't want to but I insisted. Blood tests revealed exactly what I suspected. Didn't get my results for 6 days, shocked she didn't personally call me to apologize and help me with next steps as my results quite clearly needed medication. I think she was insulted by my level of research and advocating for myself.

During my appointment with Dr. Porvaznik she came off as rude and uninterested in what I came for. During her physical examination she was not thorough and asked questions in a manner that showed she did not care.

From start to finish, I felt like an imposition to Dr. Porvaznik. She rushed into the room without a courteous knock. Then, she proceeded to rush through the exam of my injury without slowing down to listen. Her comments during the exam were generally dismissive (e.g., "This always happens with..."). Because I was politely insistent, I did receive the needed care. However, I will avoid scheduling an appointment with her in the future.
