Dr. Mary Parker, MD

Dr Parker has been my internist for over twenty years. She is simply outstanding -- thorough, caring, creative in thinking about ways to solve problems, accessible, and resourceful. Her demeanor is kind, calm, and reassuring. She also has an excellent referral network and goes the extra mile to get you an appointment when needed. Feel very lucky to be her patient.

Wow. I made a new patient appointment and had a personal conflict so I had to cancel. I called 4 consecutive days to cancel and reschedule and no one picked up. I got an appointment confirmation email that had a 'reschedule appointment' link that went nowhere. I got a voicemail that allowed me to cancel the appointment and that was it.I called multiple times and sent portal messages to reschedule. No response. I was ok with being charged $2,000 to get in the door as a Medicare patient, but I expect some kind of service for my dollar. I know it's hard to make salaries that doctors believe they deserve, but you're not going to get too far if you turn away millionaires with 800 plus credit ratings! Good luck with that. If this is any indication, I doubt that the treatment would be much better. Time to head elsewhere.

Dr. Parker's office staff hung up on me multiple times mid-sentence when I asked about receiving transgender care as part of primary care from Dr. Parker. Likely transphobic staff or doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Parker for 14 years. She is always so thoughtful, thorough and kind. True compassion for people and terrific bedside manner.

Totally unorganized office staff. They confirmed my appt and then said I didn’t have one when I showed up on the day of.

Dr. PARKER is a caring and astute physician who listens to patients and treats them with respect. I am so thankful to have found her. Her staff is terrific too.

Lovely manner. Addresses not only your overall health but lifestyle, dealing with stress, work/life balance etc. Practical and if she is not available for an appointment, someone in the group can always fit you in, when you are sick.

Dr. Parker is an outstanding doctor. She was highly recommended to me by a friend 5 years ago and I am lucky she did. Dr. Parker somehow manages to be efficient while giving patients enough time to help identify the issues. She is smart, has a sense of humor and is very patient focused. When there is a real problem, Dr. Parker makes herself available. Her office is run extremely well by her assistant and a team of very kind and competent employees. Cannot recommend her more highly!
