I wa Dr. O'Connor's patient at The Mayo in Jacksonville, Florida. We expect her to be the TOP in her field but we were extremely impressed at the her level of warmth and compassion for my health concern. She listened and completely answered each of our questions and clearly conveyed what we were could expect with certainty. In areas that were not as clear until the biopsy was complete, she was reassuring and so very caring with geuiness. It was easy to put my care in her hands and feel ok.
