Dr. Mok has been my doctor for many years, she is always there for my husband and I who deal with hypothyroidism. We are lucky to have her!

Very poor patient communication - would not recomm
I was incredibly disappointed in my experience with Dr.Moreno. She did not communicate with me after my abnormal test results came back. I had to send her a message on my chart to get any information. In hopes to learn more about my diagnosis, I hoped to have a phone call which her nurse informed me this doctor does not do. My experience with this endocrinologist was dehumanizing and incredibly frustrating.

She is friendly but I also feel that she pushes the radioactive Iodine too much. Every appt. She asked if we talked about it or if I changed my mind. My medication roller coaster the doses goes up and down.

Dr Mok is very professional. She is a good listener and makes sure you understand everything. She is good at keeping you updated as needed with phone calls and emails. Felt comfortable and well cared for.
