While all of the staff at Norton Pediatric Cardiology were amazing and prompt, Dr. Killian herself was perfunctory and over 45 minutes late. We arrived for out 7:00 appointment at 6:45, were seen at 7:00 by the radiology technician, who was fantastic. We were done at 7:20, and she said she would see if the doctor could see us sooner than our 8:00 scheduled time. We did not end up being called back until 8:00, and the medical assistant (who was wonderful) was finished by 8:10. At 8:40, a nurse told us that Dr. Killian was still on her way to the office. Once Dr. Killian finally arrived, she had no explanation for her untimely arrival, and based on her questions about our baby's heart murmur, had clearly not read the chart.
