Horrible bedside manners. She was not personable nor did she explain my newborn son’s check up. Matter of fact she did not say anything to me the entire check up. I had to ask the nurse what exactly she did.

This is the worst run office I have very had to deal with. Nobody calls you back. You can wait days or even weeks for a prescription refill. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Every time you call for the same reason you speak to somebody else and have to start to explain the issue all over again. The only thing I ever hear consistently is - The doctor has not responded to the message or text yet. In the mean time you have to sit and wait for days

I love Dr. Janarious.. she is very attentivw to all 3 of my children and makes sure every concern and question is taken care of and responded to. My children have been going here ince they were babies.
