She is not good after a few visits. All about making sure your insurance is good. We just had our 2nd son, 1 month visit. She drives you crazy for insurance info. Obviously if you saw our first son, we have the info. Then. Took way too long during the visit and vaccine. The boys (1 month & 15 months) were 1/2 dressed waiting over 10 minutes. She's seeing another patient. I repeatedly asked her to give our older son his first; she kept forgetting. Doesn't hide the needle. Doesn't stab fast. Awful delivery. He is a champ w needles. But this time, cried bc it was 1 on each leg. Our 1 month has thrush. She forgot to call in his rx. Blames rite aid the next morning. I left 2 messages to her in 12 hours. Her receptionist took our sons ID card, forgets to give it back. We drove back. She's like, "oh yea it's there." On the sign in sheet so it can fall. Thank you. Hope you spend your time chasing insurance

Dr Gallardo came highly reccomended to us however after the last 2-3 vistis we have had w her, she seems to have dropped the ball. She seems very distracted all the time and forgetful. Last visit she failed to check my kiddos throat when we went in there complaining of cold/cough/fever stmptoms and simply started him on antibiotics. 3 weeks in and kiddo is couging again
