Bedside manner -0
I found Dr. Frisella to have absolutely no bedside manner. She did not make eye contact, asked questions about family history, etc and went straight to putting notes into the computer. She seemed very rushed. She told me about a heart monitor and asked me if I wanted to try wearing one for a few days. When I asked about the benefits, (pros and cons) she seemed noncommittal and said I could try it if I wanted to. She offered no suggestions or advice other than low salt, low cholesterol diet. She suggested a follow up in two months, however, I was not able to get another appointment until four months from now. I had a lot of anxiety about this appointment, she did not ease it. I might like to look for a new cardiologist.

ZERO bedside manner. Time to retire.
I've been a licensed healthcare professional for 30 years, and I would never treat a patient the way I was treated from the moment she walked in the room with her flat intro, & straight to reports, paperwork and firing of questions to fill in the blanks on her computer screen. Made eye contact once in the approx 12 min visit, after waiting 35 to see her. I actually raised my hand and requested permission to actually speak about the concerns and what brought me to that office; for which she hardly gave me any consideration for. Waste of time, money and insurance billing. Front office staff was exceptional--friendly and courteous; but I will not go back to this office or this doctor.

Dr. Frisella is my husbands cardiologist, due to his cancer diagnosis I went with him to his last appointment. I found her to be caring, concerned, she answered all of our questions and we did not feel rushed in any way. I was impressed and if I develop cardiology issues I will ask to be referred to her.
