I dont understand where any of these negative reviews are coming from. Dr. Flaherty is the best I've seen. She is easy to talk to, patient and spends ample time with you. I've never had any issues with the staff there either.

She didn’t listen to our concerns. Her staff staff was rude and need an attitude adjustment.

In my opinion. Run! After three months of suffering. She reduced one of my prescriptions and completely took away one of my prescriptions that I was on long-term it took three months for me to get those prescriptions back in the interim I was couch-bound unable to drive and in constant pain. I interned called her office just find out who referred me to her and even her office could not tell me. I had to go through for primary Care's and eventually had to go back to UPMC doctors and a long-standing doctor just to rectify her mistakes. Dr. Flaherty had only seen me a few times the primary care for and total had only seen me once two three times and took none of my concerns into considerations. She also referred me to a psychiatrist although I see a therapist. Please take this for you if you are concerned about your own health

Dr. Flaherty was extremely kind and patient. She was able to book me for an appointment within 24 hours. Despite this last-minute nature, she spent ample time with me, letting me explain my complicated medical history. She listened to all my concerns and addressed every single one of my issues, and then some. This was one of the first doctors appointments I had where I felt fully satisfied. I only wish she could be my PCP.
