The absolute ?? best to have at your side! Her bedside is phenomenal and truly a great person. I will follow her wherever she goes. Super polite, attentive, amazing. Highly recommend.

Dr. Fitzgibbon is an excellent clinician. She always listens and cares about you. I have seen her for years now and she is always consistent. I always feel comfortable with her and trust her decisions. Refer her to everyone I know.

This is my 3rd visit with Dr Fitzgibbons, it will be my last. I am a 20 year breast cancer survivor. My first 2 visits with her were "ok" though she ordered up a bunch of unnecessary tests when she was affiliated with St Joes in Joliet but that was ok. Better safe than sorry. This last exam I had with her at Morris was total opposite. She never did a breast exam, she didn't examine my ovaries. All she did was scrape my cervix. Its been over a month and I haven't heard from Morris hospital what the results were. I've called twice. What a huge disappointment in Medical care. There was no one in her office when I got there and no one waiting when I left. Its not like she was super busy.

Dr Fitzgibbons always listens and answers my questions thoroughly. She’s great!

If you want a doctor that will not allow you to have your dignity, privacy and bill you fraudulently you're in the right place. You can expect the billing department to tell you that your bill is covered by insurance, but make sure you get that in writing, it will be a different story after the service you receive. Also, if you have to be under anesthesia, make sure the doors are closed before the procedure begins. Dr. Fitzgibbon couldn't even make sure the door was closed before they started the procedure. I've never felt so violated in my life. I'm posting this so other women can see what to expect and I certainly hopes this never happens to anyone else. She may be nice to your face and have a good beside manner, but that doesn't make a doctor a good doctor. There are plenty of other good doctors out there, you may want to go find one.

Dr Fitzgibbon’s is great! Her office staff and billing is horrible! I received 1 invoice.... spoke with management twice asking them to resubmit the claim which they refused to do. I never received another invoice. Today I get notice they put me in collections and the collection balance is DOUBLE the original amount! I will never step foot in this office again and will tell anyone who will listen to run as fast as you can!!!!! Worst service and business ethic I have ever experienced!!!

I just saw Dr. Fitzgibbon for the first time yesterday. I was very pleased with her and have already recommended her to multiple family members. She made me feel comfortable. She took the time to go through everything with me and all of my different options. I never once felt rushed. I felt like she really dedicated her time to me and it didn't feel like she was trying to hurry things along to see her next patient. I will definitely be returning.

While Dr. Fitzgibbon is fantastic, the girls who work reception are a joke. They are lazy, and have continued to lie straight to my face. Due to their laziness and my medical condition, my life is now at risk, and has been for the last 3 months because they don't want to do their job. They are rude and incompetent and as a result I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Dr Fitzgibbon is an excellent doctor with a great bed side manner.
