Dr. Facciolo is very personable and professional!
Dr. Facciolo always actively listens, she is understanding, professional and thorough. Dr. Facciolo has a way of making one feel comfortable. The office is efficiently run and the team is extremely courteous and respectful.

I have been seeing Dr. Facciola for over 20 years. She makes sure all my questions are answered and I like how she checks on my personal life as well.

Unnecessarily Hostile
Unbelievably poor bedside manner. Came into the room with her mind made up before even examining me. Don’t see her if you are in any sort of pain she will gaslight you and give you an attitude as if you’ve wasted her time. Easily one of the most offensive experiences I have ever had at a doctor’s office. Avoid her if you ever want your concerns taken seriously.

Dr. Facciolo has been my doctor, ally and health champion for over 30 years. Even on brief, routine visits, she manages to address all my concerns, and she's as easy to talk to as a longtime friend. She's a brilliant clinician, doctor and surgeon, and has a terrific sense of humor. She's the kind of doctor who remembers details about your life, not just your health, and I have always felt safe and empowered in her care.

This office is run very well by kind, attentive personnel. Dr. Facciolo is a warm and very knowledgeable. She has a wonderful demeanor and engages in interesting conversation. I feel very confident with her are and advice.
