Dr. Mary Chao, DO

I've received exceptional care from Dr. Chao over the years. She listens intently, and she takes the time to present and discuss all potential solutions/options for treatment. Also, it is always evident that Dr. Chao has reviewed my chart before meeting with me, which is very much appreciated as well. She is an all around A+ physician!

Dr Chao is a top-notch physician. I have been with her for many years, and have always felt listened to and cared about. I feel as if we are “partners” in my health care. I have recommended her to several people who also think very highly of her. She is an outstanding medical professional. I have never felt rushed; she answers all my questions.

Dr has too many patients and not enough time or her office staff is incompetent, quite possibly both. My father is waiting to be cleared for surgery for over a week while her office does not respond to our phone calls requesting the results of lab work. In the months with Dr. Chao, her office never calls with lab results when ready without us having to call and request the results. It is day 3 without a return phone call and surgery has been postponed as a result, maddening! Run from Dr Chao!

She is the epitome of a family physician. She gives us a clear understanding of our health and medical situation. We have never felt rushed. All tests that we would think we should have have been provided. If she is running late we are notified when we arrive. But if she needs to give a patient a little extra time we aren’t bothered because she will do the same for all of her patients. We were referred by a friend, and we have referred friends. We are very, very happy her.
