Ok so I don’t Need a PCP because my insurance is PPO, decided to bite the bullet thinking what harm could it do. My very first office vist, I spent more time listening to my doctor chit chat and make small talk with another patient outside my door for 20 minuets than I actually spent with Dr. Cardone. She came in, dismisses my single concern and begins to explain possible reasons to me like I’m an idiot. Blew me off and passed me to her nurse to recieve an unnecessary tetanus shot.

Office staff is so unorganized that my mother was discharged as a patient for missing an appointment after being in the hospital for over a month. She was misdiagnosed and told she probably had cancer when she did not
