Dr. Mary Campbell, MD

Dr Mary Campbell has always taken excellent care of me and listened to all my issues. She is always positive, makes you feel at ease and cares for your problems. She is a fantastic doctor.

Saw Dr. Campbell yesterday in urgent care. She was listening to my problem and made some good diagnostic calls and RX on my issues, which another Dr. at this office at at a previous visit did not. Really liked Dr. Campbell

Dr. Campbell is an awful physician. I went to urgent care for ringing in my ears and a lifting fingernail and saw Dr. Campbell. She didn't even look into my care canal with an otoscope to examine my ear. Instead she held the tool just outside of my ear and said she didn't see anything. How could she determine that without actually looking into my ear? She then prescribed a steroid which she said should help with the ringing. She then glanced at my finger and stated that the nail was lifting due to trauma, and it wasn't fungal. I was in the office with her for all of five minutes literally. Well, a week later I went to St. Luke's urgent care because the ringing got progressively worse along with loss of balance and dizziness. I was examined thoroughly and was diagnosed with vertigo due to FLUID on both ears! As for my fingernail, it was lifting due to fungus. She simply doesn't care about the patients she sees or she is grossly incompetent. I wouldn't take my dog to her!

Only wants your money.

Mary Ann Campbell Is a Horrible Doctor!!!! She don’t seem to care about the patient needs. she is on a mission and her mission is to only make money. She thinks she is right about everything Which is not always the case. I went to her office about 3 years ago thinking I made a good decision because I thought she has wisdom, kindness, and experience because she is a very mature woman but there is none of this; there is no sympathy from this woman to the patient. I kept going back since I’m a very healthy person I only visit the doctor for my annual physical. But it is impossible to create a relationship with this provider. She doesn’t listen very well. She try to find situations that are not there. I Respect myself enough to never go back to see her again. Actually I can take my insurance to a good Doctor.

Will not return to the urgent care here as this is the second time I was seen by Dr. Campbell and both times were horrible visits (several years apart). She had no empathy for my symptoms and concerns and seemed very uninterested in helping me find a solution. So disappointed. have no other issues with Leawood Family Care and they have been otherwise great.

This office is terrible. Staff is rude and completely incompetent. They process the claim incorrectly then hung up on the insurance company when we were on a conference call to get some resolution. Stay away !!!!

She did not listen to the patient and was rude and has now misdiagnosis me TWICE. My fault for going back the second time.
