Dr. Marvin Wells, DMD

Do not trust their estimates. I was told that if my insurance paid the amount on the estimate I would pay no more than what was estimated for out of pocket. A few months later I was told they made a mistake in the estimate and although the insurance paid exactly what was on the estimate, I still owed well over $500 because of their mistake. I was also told that people owe far more than $500 over the estimate all the time. Their service was as good as anyone else, go somewhere that you can trust, this is not that place.

Had to have a surgical extraction of a tooth today. It was a difficult one due to a recent attempt by a dentist that broke it off below the gum line but Dr. Wells and staff made it as comfortable as possible! I can not say enough about his assistant Ashley, she is one of the kindest and most compassionate person I have the pleasure to meet. Dr. Wells even calls you personally to see how your doing. If it was possible I would give this practice ten stars!

I had broken off a tooth and had a jagged piece of an old filling causing severe discomfort. It was difficult finding an oral surgeon over the holidays. I searched online and found Dr. Wells. I had an appointment the next morning. After the consultation and discussing all options, I was able to return the same day and have the tooth removed. As an RN for 40 yrs, I was so impressed with Dr. Wells skill and caring manner. I definitely would recommend him to friends and family.

Reported for post-op follow up & asked if I got last minute cancellation email. Cancelling appts by email-unacceptable. Should be done by phone. Rescheduled & waited 30 min before having to leave for another appt. No sense of urgency or concern from staff. Asked for a call from Dr. Wells-his staff REFUSED to arrange for Dr. to phone his patient. Unacceptable manner of post op scheduling & wasting patient's time. Staff needs coaching on manners and sense of urgency. No follow up call to date.

We have taken our three sons to see Dr. Wells for extraction of their Wisdom teeth. We could not have asked for a better doctor. He was very caring and attentive to their individual needs. His staff is top rated as well. They always made sure all your questions were answered and you never felt like you were "bothering" them.

My daughter went to Dr. Wells for her wisdom teeth extraction. He was very professional and took time to explaine the process thoroughly. His staff are accommodating, patient and kind. It was refreshing to encounter medical professionals that see truley value the patient.

I waited an hour and a half past my appointment time and was treated rudely when I questioned why.

Very thorough explanations about procedures, extremely kind, follow up call to see how I as doing. The staff was polite and quick to return calls. I would return to him for future oral surgery.
