Long wait time and Appt was rushed
Had an appt this week with a primary care physician - Dr. Crawford, Ste. 275. The medical assistant called me back within 10 mins, to take my weight and blood pressure. I sat in the room for another 1 1/2 hours before the doctor came into the room. When the doctor came in, he was interrupted by other nurses and my appt was very rushed. How do you rush my appt after I've been waiting for 1 1/2 hours in a room? Horrible time management at this location. Any issue that I brought up the doctor rushed me and said oh you're fine. Then seemingly rushed off to his next appt. I left feeling very frustrated and unheard.

Waited for 30 minutes for an intern to come and chat with me about what was going on. 40 minutes after that, Dr. Crawford came inwith the same intern, talked to him about what I told him (the intern), without asking me any questions or explanations. He then took no longer than 3 minutes to exam me and then wrote me a referral for an ultrasound. I still have yet to receive a call from Dr. Crawford regarding the ultra sound results (3 weeks after tests). Will not be going back.
