Cancels appointment every year
Dr Frandina cancelled my appointments 3 years in a row even when scheduled a year in advance. I had tried one of her other doctors. They set me up I’m the room I waited close to an hour. Seems they forgot I was there.

Dr Fradina is absolutely fantastic I feel like I am being well taken care of as a patient of hers I have been seeing her for several years now and find her staff very professional , friendly and very attentive and I would recommend her office to anyone who is looking for a top notch gynecologist

The office staff is extremely rude. There is always a problem renewing prescriptions. When I called to complain to the supervisor Linda I was told she does not have time to deal with my complaint. This office is so backward. Sparse office hours. Wrong billing issues. Been going for 7 years and I am done.

I am a former patient only because I moved. I have been researching GYNs in my new city and some of the reviews are mixed. I was curious about Dr. Frandina’s reviews, so let me say this.....If I could afford to fly up and do my yearly visit with her, I wouldn’t hesitate!Her office staff has always been kind. Even before I was her patient, I left a message with her receptionist Sandy and Dr. Frandina called back. She knew I needed to be seen immediately. Thank God because I had cancer.

I was recommended by my friend to this office. She expressed to me how wonderful her visit was.I made a appointment the very same day. On my appointment she was right about the visit. Can not ask for a more warm and caring doctor. I will be making her gynecologists .??

Highly recommend Dr. Frandina. She is thorough, caring and very knowledgeable. Dr. Frandina takes her time with every appointment and addresses any concerns or questions that I have. I never feel rushed. The office is immaculate and the staff is professional.

My visit at this GYN was the most efficient doctors visit I have ever been to . Dr. Frandina was very attentive. I went there because I was having irregular cycles, she took the time to ask me my full GYN history. She had me do bloodwork and sonogram all within the same week. She insured me that she would do what ever she could to help me. I highly recommend her to all women.

I like Dr. Frandina a lot had breast biopsy and their office called twice and fast. staff is very friendly and helped with faxing prescriptions also.

It took ~2 months to secure an appointment with Dr. Frandina. I came in for an annual exam and birth control. At the tail end of the visit, she tells me that it's office policy that birth control patients return for a check up every 6 months (why?). I would have NEVER made an appointment in the first place if I had known this policy. Later, I get a call telling me that she didn't collect enough cells to perform a PAP analysis. Did she botch the exam on purpose in order to boost in-office visits?
