Dr. Serota cleared my family member for surgery which was performed by another doctor. Then Dr. Serota never visited (his office was 200 feet from hospital) or reached out to us after my family member’s mind was permanently damaged as a result of that procedure / anesthesia. He then refused to give a referral to a specialist for my family member’s further treatment. When he was my doctor, I asked him for a second opinion on whether I should have a hysterectomy through my Ob-Gyn after I experienced a severe pelvic issue. He said YES, despite not physically examining me. Imagine that! So thankful we moved to another practice.
