Dr Nicolau is wonderful! His office/nurse staff not so much. I am still waiting (two days now) for a call back from his nurse. I have called and left 2 messages. This is not the first time this has happened. I don't know what I would do if this was urgent. The last time it was! I don't even remember how many times I called. Thought about driving to the office to get my issue resolved! The Dr is awesome. I wonder if he knows what's going on?

Dr. Nicolau and Nurse, Mary Alice are hands down the best. They both take the time to explain, answer questions and listen to concerns. They also work with the family or care giver. We have the utmost confidence in them and their recommendations. They truly care and are extremely well educated and knowledgeable about not only Hematology and Oncology but also many other health issues. They go the extra mile to help find answers and make you comfortable when you are feeling vulnerable.
