After months of misdiagnosis and severe chest pain I went into the ER and it was determined that I had a gallstone stuck in one of my biliary ducts. That afternoon Dr. Mark came into my room and let me know that he could do the surgery and remove the gallstone that evening. He explained wonderfully the process as well as the risks. Long story short, I appreciated the honesty and no bull this doctor provided. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a referral. Dr. Mark, you rock!

Dr. Mark literally Is helping to change my husbands life. After two visits to the er within60 days for his ulcerative colitis. We were at the end of our rope not knowing what to do next. Dr. Mark who is not the doctor my husband sees normally was very proactive and listened when we told him about my husbands prior medical history. He has given us hope that my husband will get to leading a more normal life. I cannot thank doctor Mark enough for the hope he has given our family.

Dr Mark saved my life and I will forever be thankful and appreciative for him. When doctors tried to get me to give up and remove my colon he pledged to help me get better and be able to manage and control my disease not allow it to control me or take my life and he did just that. Thank you Dr. Mark. Thank you for being plan and simple laying it out in terms I understood and explained to me what I was up against. You saved my life and it has been a 9+ yr go at what others told me no way.

knows his stuff but he is an awful Dr. he is very disrespectful inconsiderate I had my family member transferred out of Nortons due to his lack of respect for his patient.. worse Dr I've ever came across.. he has no plan of action he rather talk about the history of the patient and how much and what insurance the pt has! although I did not want to leave my mother I had to because he made me so upset to the point that I had to go home and regroup! Worse experience in my life!

I would leave zero stars if that was an option. My mother was in ICU and I have never met a more disrespectful and inconsiderate Dr. in my life. He was not only rude to my mother but to my family as well. He said that he had no sympathy for my mother and that we should pretty much just let her pass, and that there was no hope for her. We then decided to change hospitals and within days my mother was up and walking around.

Could not be happier with this brilliant, caring and no-nonsense expert. Exceeded expectations and confident that he will treat my husband back to good health. His supportive staff is also very competent and goes above and beyond in attitude and action.

I took my mother to see the Dr, they didn't allow me to translated for her, since she doesn't speak English, they already had a translator hired by them, she refused to have an stranger hear about her health, the preferred send her away without even see her and she's 77 years old very sick, we felt very disappointed and discriminated.

I spent over an hour in his office waiting for a nurse practioner to come in ask me a few questions. Then I went into his office to barely talk about my issues. He did not seem to listen and wanted to run expensive tests on me without telling me why.

Did not even examine me after 1 1/2 hour wait. Could have done 1st appointment through email because they only scheduled tests based on the symptoms I told to a nurse.
