Dr. Dixon has been my Primary Care doctor for over 30 years. I wish I would have had a chance to say good-bye, but mostly would want to thank him for the care I have received over the years. It is great to have an established relationship with your doctor that is long-term. We knew each other. He will be irreplaceable. Good sense of humor.

Dr. Dixon thank you so much for keeping me healthy over the years. My last visit you discovered a growth on my neck and it turn out to be cancer thank you so much for the referral. Dr Azzlin she is a great physician and a caring person just want to thank you for saving my life I will never forget you.

Dr. Dixon has been my doctor for years and i haven't had any issues up until now. When i call and schedule my appt i specifically request to see him, and i am told i will see him. However, when i get there i am told he doesn't work on this day and i will be seeing someone else. I have had issues with this female doctor before and i cant not remember her name. She is not listening and not concerned about what i am telling. she just wants to give me pain meds and tell me to come back in 30 days.
