Dr. Martha Zambrano, MD

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Zambrano from the time she was with Pal Beach Neurosciences. the wait time and appointment times have increased, yes but do people realize the population explosion has more to do with it the the Doctors offices. My husband sees many doctors and the same issue is occurring in ALL the offices. Dr. Zambrano is a wonderful doctor.

I had to wait 6 months to be seen by Doctor Zambrano. She was a wonderful doctor. I would give 5 stars, but deducting one for the receptionist's unfriendly attitude and long waiting time (1 hr at the lobby before being seen)

I was just checking the Healthgrade for Dr. Zambrano. I had a bad experience with the staff, however in my opinion, Dr. Zambrano is awesome, caring. She’s the best. She never lets me down.

She is absolutely wonderful, and my husband and i would not want anyone else. Dr. Zambrano is the best!

If anyone in or around the Palm Beach Gardens area is looking for an internal medical doctor... STAY AWAY FROM DR. MARTHA ZAMBRANO! I have been seeing her for 8 years and never had a problem. However I called to get an appointment for my son who is having an acute medical problem and I was told he would have to wait 5 weeks!! I ask to talk with the Doctor and was told she doesn't talk on the phone with any patients. I drove to her office from Stuart (a 35 minute drive) and was treated terribly by the receptionist. I explained about my son and that I was a PA and would like to be able to discuss this with the Doctor but was, again, turned away. I was a PA in Orthopaedics for 43 years and never treated a patient or their representatives that way. There are other doctors that specialize in internal medicine and I highly suggest you stay away from Zambrano.

i waited 4 months to get in for this appt , from the start this practice has been so caringthey do the labs in office which is so much easier Dr was a listener & nurse and front girl were great

I have had my last two appointments with Dr. Zambrano, which were for refill of a controlled substance, cancelled by the doctor's office because she was on vacation both times. Given that the most recent appointment was scheduled one month prior when my first appointment was canceled, vacation plans for Easter should have already been known at the time I scheduled. They rescheduled me for 10 days from today, but since she has not seen me in 6 months, due solely to the cancellations by her office, they refuse to refill my prescription and did not even offer to make arrangements to get me in to see the doctor. When I asked for a call from the doctor, I was told she will not call me. I have only been to see Dr. Zambrano once, and I had no problems with the office staff or doctor, so the lack of care or concern on their part is concerning. If this is a physician you need to see for medication refills, I would strongly urge you to look for someone else.

We waited in an office full of patients for over one hour. Finally when meeting with the doctor she was rushed kurt, had me sitting in a waiting chair and never even took my vitals. She ordered few blood lab tests and left me with a check out form for follow up. On the form there was a referral to a dermatologist for a possible leg skin cancer diagnosis- I was in shock- to write it and never discuss it or look at it closely. The dermatologist was appalled as well- no cancer. This doctor should be reported to the AMA.

Never have to wait long. Staff is attentive and caring. Dr. Zambrano is caring, compassionate, prompt, talented, and focused on great outcomes. Really grateful she’s my doctor!

I love Dr. Zambrano and the staff so much. Even though I haven’t been in for about a year and a half they still remember me and actually care to ask how everything has been. I always feel like I can talk to Dr. Zambrano about anything and she will listen and help as much as she can. I would highly recommend her and her staff to everyone.

I called because I was suffering, I was told I couldn't come to the office. A staff member asked my issue, said she'd speak to the doctor and get back to me. I got a call back from the staff member and was told, "based on my history, it was my allergies". Never did speak to the doctor, apparently too busy or didn't care. Went to an urgent care, turned out to be pneumonia.

I have had issues with my insurance changing and spoke to/visited a lot of different offices. Dr. Zambrano, Vicki and Renee are the best team I have experienced. Very attentive and accommodating. Just pleasant. I am in the healthcare service business and they are exceptional. Highly recommend.

I had occasion to need to see my doctor unexpectedly this week. When I got there, everyone was reassuring and accommodating. Renee greeted me warmly and calmly, and Vicki attended to me efficiently and with care. I was anxious and both of these wonderful professionals calmed me down. When I saw Dr. Zambrano she was warm and engaging. She gave me time to explain what I was feeling and made sure I was reassured by the time I was ready to leave. She made me feel she cared about me and wanted to make sure I was feeling better when I left. You really find out what your medical team is about when things happen quickly, and everyone in this practice is ready to help, by being professional but never losing their empathy and caring. As I was leaving, I told them that's why I came to them. In these uncertain and frightening times, it is both reassuring and comforting to know this medical team is there to take care of you. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Zambrano and her team.

Dr Zambrano is very easy to talk and pleasant, she make you feel relaxed. The staff members are pleasant .

I had my first visit with Doctor Zambrano yesterday. I found her to be very caring and easy to talk to. One criteria I use to rate a doctor, is her staff. The staff were very kind and helpful. The whole atmosphere made me feel that I had made the right choice.

I moved to Florida about 3 years ago and have been struggling to find a new primary care doctor. I had my first appointment with Dr. Zambrano and I can honestly say after only one appointment I don't think I have ever been so pleased with a doctor and their office. Every member of her staff was amazing..kind, caring, patient and so helpful. You could tell they all truly cared about their jobs and patients. They were able to fit my appointment in the same week I called which was extremely helpful. I have been struggling with an undiagnosed health issue for a few months and Dr. Zambrano was able to quickly make a very insightful diagnosis and provide me with a treatment plan that I feel very good about. I walked out of her office feeling as if a weight was lifted off my shoulders. I would highly recommend Dr. Zambrano and her staff!!

Dr. Zambrano and staff are wonderful very professional and welcoming the doctor takes the time to listen to you her staff is very proficient and follows thru I would recommend this office to anyone
