Dr. Martha Maturi, MD

Dr. Martha has been an absolute godsend for me and at least 12 of my friends during this pandemic. Her amazing personal attention, answering calls, texts .. even during the weekend and all hours of every day , plus her calm reassurance and astute ability to TREAT the virus, early, has been a gift. She takes her time with each individual in a warm caring way & is very knowledgeable ..and if that causes a backup in her schedule sometimes, it's worth it. She's worth the wait!

I went to Dr. Maturi for a regular exam and blood test, but had a terrible experience: - Every scheduled appointment and follow-up (3 total), I waited 30 minutes to an hour. - Each follow-up appointment requested by the Dr, she did not remember what was discussed in previous appointments. I had to tell the doctor what was discussed previously. - The office is not up front about costs of each appointment. They charged me $20 for every visit, even though the visit should have been covered entirely by insurance. They charge for "seeing the doctor", even for every follow-up. The last follow-up they scheduled was useless because I only talked to the Dr for 2 minutes reminding her why I was there, and she ended up rescheduling the blood test, but the office still charged me! This was the last straw for me. - I called them to follow-up on the charges, and they told me to text instead. I corresponded with them over text, but the doctor's office ghosted me and just stopped responding to me.

Dr Maturi has been and continues to be my medical doctor for over 15 years. I know she is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and dedicated to her profession and I value her experience. Easy to talk to and when you need something explained she does it so you can understand.

Horribly disorganized office that can barely schedule an appointment. Office is disorganized, holds about ten other offices for Korean-focused businesses, from taxes to dentistry, lacks privacy (seriously, you have to do a urine sample in the hallway bathroom and truck back through public waiting areas. Checkup was almost useless. Maturi herself was nice, but did not seem knowledgeable and missed vital steps of a yearly checkup until I prompted her. Waited ONE HOUR past appt time, too.
