I’ve been seeing Dr. Gonzalez for a few years now. I was referred to her by a friend who promised me that this talented & gifted physician would help me get my hormones balanced and my health back on track. I had seen other doctors, but to no avail. I hit menopause and my emotions were all over the place (thank God my husband is long suffering!). I was moody, having hot flashes, I had trouble sleeping etc... I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Gonzalez! I have referred numerous women to her and all have been completely satisfied. Should you find her running a bit behind schedule, fear not! Once in the exam room you are never rushed and always treated as though you are the only person on her schedule. She will always give you 100%. Staff is awesome too! Always kind and caring.

Honestly, Dr. Gonzalez should teach other doctors how to have a fabulous bed-side manner and how to properly treat patients. She is wonderful. She immediately ordered thorough lab work prior to my first visit so for my first appointment, we were ready to sit down and discuss an action plan according to my results. EXCELLENT! No wasted first appointment. She got right down to treatment. She is compassionate, so knowledgeable with the latest research, and just truly a gem among doctors.

She is excellent in treating thyroid disorders. I had to change doctors due to insurance, but she was my doctor for years and she helped me so much.

Maybe the Dr would be ok but the office help is incompetent and rude. One of the women was ok but seemed intimidated by the older more loud rude office help receptionist. She yelled my personal information all over the office. I’m used to going to a more descrete Drs office. I have excellent insurance and refuse to be treated like that. After reading all the bad reviews I believe someone was looking out for me. Not to mention the office was dirty and tacky

I can't tell you how wonderful Dr. Gonzalez and her staff are! After seeing various physicians/PA's who all told me my TSH (thyroid) was "in the normal range" and wouldn't even refer me to an endocrinologist, I finally scheduled an appointment with Dr. Gonzalez, even though I had to pay cash because she is not covered by my insurance. She LISTENED to me the old-fashioned doctor way, checked me THOROUGHLY, prescribed a low dose of levothyroxine, and helped me know how I can become healthier!

I was going through a very rough time for about three years (pre &post menopausal & osteopenic symptoms). I'd been treated by other physicians with varying degrees of success. A friend of mine, who'd had great results after seeing Dr. Gonzalez, suggested I give her a try. I began seeing results almost immediately. I live a good distance from Ventura. I tell my women friends and assocs. to consider making the drive to Dr. Gonzalez for the unique issues relating to women. It's worth it.
